Description: Almaviva was created in 1997 as a prestigious joint project between Baron Philippe de Rothschild and Viña Concha y Toro. In Chile's Maipo Valley, the wine combines French Château tradition with the unique terroir of the Andes. The cuvée is predominantly based on Cabernet Sauvignon and complemented by Carménère and other classic Bordeaux grape varieties. Almaviva impresses with dark fruit, fine spice, silky tannins, and remarkable depth. Precision, elegance, and great aging potential make it one of South America's most significant and internationally sought-after wines for discerning connoisseurs.
