We process your personal data, as required, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from initiation, processing to termination of a contract) and beyond in accordance with legal retention and documentation obligations arising from, among others, the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO), as well as until the conclusion of any legal dispute, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.

In the course of operating our website, we commission IT service providers, agencies, and the processing banking institutions/payment service providers who may have access to your personal data. All our service providers are obliged to comply with applicable data protection regulations, and, where necessary, data processing agreements have been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

    7.1. You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) GDPR.

Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.

    8.2. We use appropriate security measures to protect your data during the payment process. Credit card data is transmitted encrypted and not stored by us.
