    5.2. The legal bases for processing your personal data are contract fulfillment, legitimate interests, the fulfillment of our legal obligations, and your consent. Explicit consent is only required for the newsletter and cookies.

We process your personal data, as required, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from initiation, processing to termination of a contract) and beyond in accordance with legal retention and documentation obligations arising from, among others, the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO), as well as until the conclusion of any legal dispute, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.

In the course of operating our website, we commission IT service providers, agencies, and the processing banking institutions/payment service providers who may have access to your personal data. All our service providers are obliged to comply with applicable data protection regulations, and, where necessary, data processing agreements have been concluded in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

    6.1. Your information, including personal data from our contact form, will be transmitted to us via our own mail server, processed, and stored by us to process your request. This data will not be collected or shared without your consent. Without this data, we cannot process your inquiries.

    7.1. You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this, we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. Data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) GDPR.

    You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Please use the unsubscribe link in the newsletter or send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: office@maniola-wines.com. We will then immediately delete your data related to the newsletter dispatch.

Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological progress.

    8.2. We use appropriate security measures to protect your data during the payment process. Credit card data is transmitted encrypted and not stored by us.

    9.2. In principle, we do not process data of minors and are not authorized to do so. By giving your consent, you confirm that you are at least 14 years old or that the consent of your legal representative is available.
