Ulysse Collin is a highly respected grower Champagne from Congy in the Côteaux du Petit Morin, distinguished by clear, terroir-driven single-vineyard cuvées such as Les Pierrières, Les Roises, Les Enfers or Les Maillons. Olivier Collin established the estate with a focus on low yields, long maturation and native yeasts to maximize expression and depth. He completed an internship in 2001/02 with the influential Champagne pioneer Selosse, which strongly influenced his approach to manual labour and barrel fermentation.
