Description: As a sommelier and admirer of Theresa Breuer, I am fascinated by the Rheingau Riesling, especially from the Schlossberg site in Rüdesheim. Theresa brings brilliant clarity to the glass here. Mineral, citrus-fresh, with depth and elegance. The Schlossberg, with its steep slate slopes above the Rhine, gives the wine a salty tension. For me, her Riesling is an expression of origin, character and uncompromising quality thinking; a true piece of Rheingau soul.
