• Palate: significantly firmer than 1994, salty core, length through minerality rather than volume

• Finish: dry, serious, almost Burgundian-ascetic for Wachau standards

Origin: Wines come from a well-maintained Viennese old building cellar of a private wine collector. Fill level and color are sensational for their age. Labels are partly a bit loose.
