Olivier Collin, influenced by an apprenticeship with Anselme Selosse, produces exclusively single-vineyard cuvées on 8.7 hectares, such as Les Pierrières, Les Maillons, Les Roises and Les Enfers. His wines delight with pure minerality, fine fruit, and an elegant structure. Sustainable viticulture, low dosages, and long ageing on the lees define the unmistakable style of this cult Champagne, which is highly esteemed by connoisseurs worldwide.
