BiNaume: Very few people know what it is! A project by Jean-Yves Bizot (yes, the bottles cost several thousand euros) and his wife Claire Naudin.

This Gamay, sourced from old vines and vinified with a short maceration and minimal intervention, demonstrates what's possible when great craftsmanship meets an underrated grape variety. The aromas are fine, cool, red fruity, and floral, with vibrant minerality and an almost Burgundian elegance.

Aging potential: Even though the wine offers great drinking flow even when young, its structure and acid balance show that it can easily age for 5-10 years – gaining depth and complexity in the process.

A fascinating wine for connoisseurs who love Burgundy but are open to new paths, with the signature of one of the best winemakers of our time.
