Description: Domaine Henri Boillot in Meursault is known for great wines from the Côtes de Beaune. Formerly known as Domaine Jean Boillot, the name changed in 2005 when Henri Boillot took over the winery. His white wines come mainly from Premier Crus in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, including the 4-hectare Clos de la Mouchere. The Pinot Noir wines come from Savigny, Beaune and Volnay. Boillot does not use insecticides or herbicides, prune heavily in the spring and harvests late. Quality at the highest level.
