Description: Biondi Santi is considered the origin of Brunello di Montalcino and, like few other estates, embodies uncompromising tradition. Since the 19th century, the family has worked with its own Sangiovese clone, extremely long aging periods, and a deliberately conservative style. The estate comprises approximately 47 hectares of vineyards surrounding the Tenuta Greppo. Their philosophy is characterized by patience, longevity, and a deep respect for the terroir: low yields, large casks, and wines that often only reveal their full potential in the glass after decades of aging.
Origin : Bottles come from a private Viennese collector's cellar
