Description: Único is Vega Sicilia's flagship product. It comes from the oldest vines in the winery. The aging of Único is probably one of the longest in the world, lasting at least 10 years, using both wood and bottle. It is made using 225-litre French and American oak barrels, both new and used, as well as 20,000-litre vats. We recommend decanting this wine and the serving temperature should be between 14ºC and 18ºC, preferably in a Riedel Tempranillo-type glass.
