Ulysse Collin is a highly regarded grower Champagne from Congy in the Côteaux du Petit Morin, distinguished by its clear, terroir-driven single-vineyard cuvées, such as Les Pierrières, Les Roises, Les Enfers, and Les Maillons. Olivier Collin created the estate with a focus on low yields, extended aging, and native yeasts to maximize expression and depth. He completed an internship in 2001/02 with the influential Champagne pioneer Selosse, which greatly shaped his approach to handcrafted winemaking and barrel fermentation.
