Description: Domaine Guilbert-Gillet is located in Savigny-lès-Beaune in the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy and is one of the most exciting young projects in the region.
The small, artisan-run domaine cultivates only a few hectares and works precisely, terroir-focused and sustainably. The style is particularly noteworthy: delicate, energetic and elegant, with clear fruit and high drinkability instead of extraction. The wines authentically reflect the individual sites ("Climats") and combine modern precision with classic Burgundian finesse.
