Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine persistent mousse. Attractive bouquet of nougat and biscuit, fine, ripe yellow tropical fruit, a hint of peach and kumquats, suggestive nose. Exceptionally complex on the palate, silky texture, juicy yellow fruit nuances of mango and apple, finessed acidity, chalky-fresh mineral notes on the finish, nuances of grapefruit and extract sweetness provide great length, safe further aging potential, an outstanding food companion.
