Description: The Emmerich Knoll winery is located in the Wachau region of Austria and is world-renowned for its white wines, especially Riesling and Grüner Veltliner. It combines traditional methods with modern approaches, producing wines with depth, elegance, and aging potential. Its trademark is the iconic label featuring Saint Urban.

MANIOLA WINES Tasting Note:

  • Nose: Beeswax, dried lemon, wet stone, herbal tea, petrol – rather subtle than loud

  • Palate: noticeably firmer than 1994 , salty core, length over minerality rather than volume

  • Finish: dry, serious, almost Burgundian-ascetic by Wachau standards

Origin : These wines come from a well-maintained Viennese cellar belonging to a private wine collector. Fill level and color are sensational for their age. Some labels are slightly loose.
