Description:

As a sommelier, I am thrilled by Philine Isabelle's wines from Piedmont. This German-born winemaker cultivates 1.2 hectares of vineyards in Preda near Barolo, planted with Nebbiolo, Chardonnay, Barbera, and Dolcetto. Using biodynamic methods and gentle pruning according to Simonit & Sirch, she promotes vine vitality. Her wines ferment spontaneously, mature in large oak barrels, and are bottled unfiltered. The result is elegant, structured wines with depth and freshness, expressing craftsmanship, terroir, and personal vision.
