Description:

The M1 by Markowitsch from Carnuntum is a cuvée consisting mainly of the Merlot and Blaufränkisch grape varieties, which are typical of this region. The vinification is carried out carefully by harvesting the grapes by hand and processing them gently. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruitiness and freshness of the grapes. The wine then matures for a certain period in French barriques to develop its complexity and structure before it is finally bottled. This careful approach to vinification contributes to the high quality and characterful profile of the M1.
