Olivier Collin, shaped by his time apprenticing under Anselme Selosse, produces exclusively single-vineyard cuvées on 8.7 hectares, such as Les Pierrières, Les Maillons, Les Roises and Les Enfers. His wines delight with pure minerality, fine fruit, and elegant structure.
