As a sommelier, I had the pleasure of tasting Stephane Bernaudeau's Les Ongles and I must say it was an impressive experience.

This wine comes from the Loire region in France and is a pure Chenin Blanc. The vines grow on limestone soils and are farmed sustainably, which is reflected in the final product.

On the nose, Les Ongles has a complex bouquet of grapefruit, citrus and white peach. On the palate it is elegant but still rich with a fine acidity that gives the wine a beautiful balance.

The aromas continue to develop in the glass. The finish is long and elegant with a pleasant freshness.

Overall, I would say that Les Ongles is a first-class wine that perfectly reflects the terroir of the Loire. I would recommend this wine to any wine lover looking for an elegant and complex wine.
