Description: The Barbi winery in Montalcino, founded in 1790, is one of the oldest producers of Brunello di Montalcino. It cultivates 66 hectares of vineyards and produces around 200,000 bottles of Brunello annually. Barbi relies on traditional methods with longer maturation in wooden barrels and strict quality control. Brunello enjoys an international reputation as a long-lasting, high-quality wine made from 100% Sangiovese.
