Description:

The Tête de Cuvée by William Kelley is an exceptional Bourgogne Rouge, powerful, precise and of impressive elegance.

It comes primarily from Kelley's own Premier Cru Beaune vineyard, "Les Chouacheux," with grapes from "Les Pierres Blanches" added. This makes it one of the few wines for which Kelley owns his own vines. Strictly speaking, it's not just a simple "Bourgogne" but a cuvée of great distinction, hence the designation "Tête de Cuvée."

The production is very limited: from a single new oak tree, about 1 barrel has been produced, a total of only 292 bottles in one vintage (2021)
