Description:

As a sommelier, I am thrilled by Philine Isabelle's wines from Piedmont. This German-born winemaker cultivates 1.2 hectares of Nebbiolo and Chardonnay in Preda, near Barolo. Using biodynamic methods and gentle pruning according to Simonit & Sirch, she promotes vine vitality. Her wines ferment spontaneously, mature in large oak barrels, and are bottled unfiltered. The result is elegant, structured wines with depth and freshness – an expression of craftsmanship, terroir, and personal vision.
