Description: The Trousseau En Aspis 2020 by Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon comes from a young parcel near Pupillin with complex red, green, and gray marl soils. The rare Trousseau La Dame varietal underwent semi-carbonic fermentation for 29 days and was bottled without filtration or added sulfur. A characterful Jura red wine with dark fruit, fine spice, and striking minerality. Powerful yet remarkably fresh – rare, vibrant, and with excellent aging potential.
