Description: The Ploussard En Aspis 4e Feuille 2018 from Renaud Bruyère and Adeline Houillon comes from young vines planted in 2015 near Pupillin. "4e Feuille" refers to their fourth year of vegetation and also the first harvest of this plot. The wine was spontaneously fermented using carbonic maceration and bottled without additives or filtration. A rare, feather-light Jura red wine with sour cherry, raspberry, floral notes and fine earthiness. Transparent, juicy and full of mineral tension.
