The focus is on Chardonnay, Aligote, Pinot Noir, and a characterful Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature. The wines exhibit elegance, tension, and a distinctive expression of their origin. Limestone-rich sites and the unique climate of Lake Constance form the foundation for this.
