Unsere Weine werden in zertifizierten Weinversandkartons verpackt und bei hohen Temperaturen zusätzlich mit Isoliermaterial geschützt. Die Zollanmeldung erfolgt über unseren Versanddienstleister. Eventuell anfallende Einfuhrabgaben, Zölle oder Steuern im Empfängerland sind vom Käufer zu tragen.

Was bedeutet Differenzbesteuerung?

Ein Teil unseres Sortiments stammt aus den Weinkellern privater Sammler und Weinliebhaber. Diese Weine werden von uns persönlich auf Herkunft, Lagerbedingungen und Provenienz geprüft. Bei ausgewählten Beständen verkosten wir zusätzlich Flaschen derselben Partie, um die Qualität bestmöglich zu beurteilen. Diese Weine werden gemäß den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen differenzbesteuert verkauft. Das bedeutet, dass auf der Rechnung keine Mehrwertsteuer ausgewiesen werden kann und somit kein Vorsteuerabzug möglich ist. Alle betroffenen Weine sind auf der jeweiligen Produktseite deutlich mit dem Hinweis Differenzbesteuert gekennzeichnet.

Wer berät mich bei Maniola Wines?

Hinter Maniola Wines steht Diplom-Sommelier Manuel Lindemayr mit langjähriger Erfahrung im internationalen Weinhandel sowie in der gehobenen Gastronomie und Hotellerie. Neben der persönlichen Beratung von Sammlern, Unternehmen und Weinliebhabern ist er als Sommelier und Weinberater für Feinkost Käfer auf dem Münchner Oktoberfest tätig.
